Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Some products may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (e.g., pet food, personal care items, etc.).
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at sales@empooria.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit for defective items.
Non-Returnable Items
